I finished my block swap quilt! I am really happy with it. I had asked for people to use their brightest, most whimsical fabrics and they did not disappoint. I had to make 4 additional blocks to make 12. We got started kinda late in the year. One of the swappers threw that alien fabric into my box so I had to get it in there too!
For the back, I used a couple of pieces of flannel that had been in my stash for awhile. They helped to make this a squishy, cuddly quilt!

Here are some closeups of the quilting. I used a pattern called Ragtime Stars. It can be found at Urban Elementz I believe. Aster (my Innova) did a lovely job of quilting, as usual.

I am always proud of myself when I actually get a label attached. It doesn’t happen all the time!

I am somewhat of a puzzle addict. This is this week’s spare moment accomplishment. This was a tough one! It was on the table for almost a week with very little progress made when I finally decided to re-sort it by the letters on the back of the pieces. Then my husband and I got it finished in one evening. He called it cheating…

And some puppy love for the week…I caught them cuddling! Usually, they are wrestling.
I will be linking up with https://songbirddesigns.blog/monday-musings-12-15-25/. Lots of goodies to see over there!
Your block swap quilt is adorable! I love the mix of bright colors, and the little half-square triangles in the border.
